Minutes of Ordinary Meeting
Held 20.30 Wednesday 3rd November 2010
at Llandudno Junction Community Club
Victoria Drive, Llandudno Junction
BMPS Membership Subscriptions
Membership runs for one year from October to October,(i.e. AGM to AGM)
and subscriptions are due for payment in October at the appropriate rate
currently £5.00. An informal period of grace is granted until the December
meeting to accommodate personal difficulties e.g. illness /hospitalisation,
overseas residence or extreme poverty. The December cut off is necessary
because the Society must have a definitive number of paid up membership
in order to calculate the premium required (numbers based) for its Public
Liability Insurance.
Members who fail to renew (pay the subscription) by the December meeting
will cease to be members and will be removed from the list. Anyone who
allows their membership to lapse and then applies to re-join in the
current year will be regarded as a new applicant and be required to pay
the membership fee and the normal joining fee of £2.00. In addition there
will be an administration charge of £3.00 bringing the total payment to
£10.00. This policy was approved by the society
committee some years ago, will be applied impartially and without exception.
As subscription money was flowing freely into the treasurers tin box,
Gordon arrived hotley persued by Paula who was keeping a close eye on
his activities making sure he was not exerting himself after going
through the troubles of nursing Gordon and post operation problems, thank you Paula.

The Chairman opened the Meeting by thanking the Members for venturing out
in such threatening weather.
The Next Meeting will be held on Wednesday 5th January 2011.
Christmas Dinner will take place on Friday the 28th January 2011 at 19.30 for 20.00.
The Speaker for this evening is Mr Les Edwards, Dog Trainer.
Subscriptions are now due, but it was decided to extend the deadline
to the next meeting due to weather conditions.
Our Motorcycle Auto Jumble will be held at Mochdre Village Hall on March
13th 2011 at 10:00.
Stafford Show will be held on Easter Saturday April 23rd 2011

The Chairman opened the Meeting by wishing all members -
A Happy and Healthy New Year and thanked all for attending.
Meirion Thomas made a number of side stand supports for
Bikes parked on soft surfaces, Thank you Meirion.
The Annual Dinner will be held on Friday 28th January 2011
at the Llandudno Junction Community Club - good Menu with speaker,
not Motor Bikes, a Gentleman who trains police Dogs to detect
various forms of unpleasant devices.
Our Motorcycle Auto Jumble will be held at Mochdre on 13th
March. Forms available from the Chris Langdon rain maker,
the cost of a Table will be £5.00. People wishing to sell bikes
please arrive before 09.00. Stallholders may set up on the
afternoon of the 12th of March.
Stafford Show will for some reason, best known to the organizer
be held on Easter Saturday 23rd April 2011.
BMF membership cards will be available after the meeting ,
please sign and keep it safe, your Subscription pays for this insurance.
Telford Show - mainly Japanese off road Bikes. Be aware Telford
is a good place to get to get lost in, good luck
to all who sail in her.
